Hi, my name is Mitiku Dessie.
I have been a professional tourist guide in Ethiopia since 2011 taking people from all over the world to some of the top tourist destinations in the country.
I grew up right in the heart of the Simien Mountains in a small village called Ambaras, which is found between Gich and Chenek campsites. I graduated from the University of Gondar in Tour Guiding Service and Tourism Management.
I am based at Debark, home to the Simien Mountains National Park headquarters. I work in coordination with other professional tourist guides and associates across the country to meet all of your tour interests in Ethiopia: Gondar, Lalibela, Bahir Dar, Aksum, Bale Mountains National Park, and beyond.
